By using DuePilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Service Description
DuePilot provides time tracking, approval workflows, and invoicing software for professional services teams.
Account Responsibilities
- You must be 16 or older to use DuePilot
- Provide accurate information during signup
- Keep your password secure
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You're responsible for all activity in your account
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to breach security
- Abuse or harass other users
- Scrape or data-mine the service
- Resell access without permission
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. You retain all rights to timesheets, projects, invoices, and other content you create. We don't claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Payments & Billing
- 14-day free trial (no credit card required)
- Paid plans billed monthly or annually
- Payments via Stripe, PayPal, or manual invoicing
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancel anytime (prorated refunds at our discretion)

Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance windows may occur with notice.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation for recovery.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
DuePilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for lost data, revenue, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
