About DuePilot
Time tracking, approvals, and invoicing for teams who bill by the hour.
Why DuePilot exists
Most time tracking tools are either too simple (spreadsheets) or too complex (enterprise resource planning systems). DuePilot focuses on the essential workflow that professional services teams actually need: track time, get approval, and generate invoices.
We built DuePilot because existing tools either lack approval workflows, hide audit trails, or force you into rigid billing systems. We believe time tracking should be straightforward, transparent, and respectful of how teams actually work.
Who DuePilot is for
Consultancies
Teams of 5–50 people who bill clients hourly. You need weekly timesheets, manager approval, and clean invoices.
Agencies
Creative and technical agencies that manage multiple client projects. You need clear hour tracking per project and transparent billing.
Contractor teams
Networks of contractors or freelancers working on shared projects. You need visibility into who worked when and on what.
What we focus on
Time tracking
Weekly timesheets with copy-forward and holiday awareness.
Approval workflows
Managers review and approve timesheets before invoicing.
Invoicing
Generate invoices from approved timesheets. Clients see exactly what they're paying for.
Audit trails
Every change is logged for dispute resolution and compliance.
What DuePilot does not do
Payroll processing
We don't handle salary payments, tax withholding, or benefits administration.
Full accounting
We're not a replacement for QuickBooks or Xero. We export data to your accounting system.
Project management
We don't have Gantt charts, dependencies, or resource allocation. Use Asana, Linear, or Jira for that.
Tax filing
We don't prepare tax returns or handle compliance filings.
DuePilot focuses on doing one thing well: tracking billable time and turning it into invoices.
