Set Up Invoice Numbers

Go to Settings → Invoice Settings

Choose a prefix (for example, INV or DP-INV)

Select a reset frequency:
Monthly resets require the year to avoid duplicates.

Set the sequence length (digits) and confirm the preview

Save changes. The new format applies to future invoices only.
Reset Options
- Never: sequence keeps incrementing without resets
- Yearly: sequence resets each calendar year
- Monthly: sequence resets each calendar month and includes the year
ℹ️ Good to Know
Existing invoice numbers never change. The settings only affect new invoices.
